It Is To Be Delivered To Kitchens And Fairs, Including Ships That Are Docked, And Allied Forces Located In Norway. The Total Estimated Value For The Two Sub-Contracts Is Nok 520 Million Excl. Vat, And The Total Maximum Value Is A Total Of Nok 740 Million Excl. Vat, Over The Duration Of The Agreement. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Will Be 4 Years From The Time Of Signing. For The Assignment, Two Partial Contracts Will Be Entered Into. The Procurement Is Divided Geographically, In That The Two Partial Contracts Each Apply To A Different Part Of Norway, Including One For The North And One For The South. Subcontract 1 - South Concerns The Delivery Of Fruit And Vegetables To Users Locations In The South Of The Country. By South Is Meant Here Trøndelag County And Counties South Of It. Subcontract 2 - North Concerns The Delivery Of Fruit And Vegetables To The Users Locations Located North Of Trøndelag County. The Supplier Can Choose To Submit An Offer For One Subcontract, Or Both Subcontracts. The Competition Documents And Contract Documents Are Common To Both Sub-Contracts, With The Exception Of The Price Form And The Vehicle Form (Only Relevant For Sub-Contract 2 - North). The Competition Documents Are Only Available On The Common Page Of The Competition, And Not In The Individual Sub-Contracts. If Offers Are Submitted For Both Sub-Contracts, Independent Offers Must Be Submitted For Both Sub-Contracts, I.E. That All Documents That Appear In Procurement Rules Point 6.2 Are Included In The Offer For The Sub-Contract In Question. If The Same Supplier Wins The Competition Associated With Both Subcontract 1 – South And Subcontract 2 – North, The Employer Reserves The Right To Merge The Two Subcontracts Into One Framework Agreement.
