The Purpose Of The Consultation Is To Set The Conditions Under Which The Contracting Body Intends To Enter Into A Contract For The Execution Of Services For The Provision And Reservation Of Nursery Places For The Children Of The Staff Of The Family Allowance Fund (Caf) Of Val-De-Marne. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Enable The Contracting Authority To Have, For The Children Of Its Agents, The Possibility Of Reserving Reception Solutions In A Young Child Care Establishment, Under Conditions Meeting The Needs Expressed In Terms Of Location, Continuity Of Service, Quality Of Reception, Security, Administrative Support And Monitoring Of Execution. The Terms And Characteristics Of The Services To Be Provided Are Indicated In The Specific Administrative Clauses (Ccap) And The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp) Of The Consultation File. The Services Entrusted To The Holder Include All Operations Necessary For The Reservation, Allocation, Monitoring And Maintenance Of Places In Crèches For The Benefit Of Agents Of The Contracting Authority. As Such, The Holder Ensures The Provision Of A Network Of Establishments Welcoming Young Children That Can Be Mobilized Within The Framework Of The Market, Among Which It Will Identify And Communicate The Availability Of Places By Age Group, Geographical Area And Period Of Reception. For Each Establishment Presented As Eligible, The Candidate Indicates The Nature Of Its Legal Relationship And Produces Proof Establishing Its Right To Offer Places During The Initial Duration Of The Market Throughout The Execution Period Concerned And Undertakes To Maintain Or Renew These Rights For The Entire Duration Of The Market. The Holder Will Guarantee The Effective Reservation Of Places Ordered By The Contracting Authority And The Administrative Support Necessary For The Admission Of Children To The Selected Structures. As Such, He Will Ensure The Monitoring And Execution Of Reservations Throughout Their Duration, As Well As The Research And Proposal Of Alternative Solutions In The Event Of Unavailability, Failure Or Changes In Requirements. The Holder Is Deemed To Have Included In His Offer All The Constraints Normally Foreseeable And Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Contract, Expressly Detailed, Or Reasonably Deductible From The Dce.
