Construction Work – Kvr Contract For The New Ball Hall In Kajaani. The City Of Kajaani / Space Center Is Requesting Bids For The Implementation Of The New Ball Hall As A Total Responsibility Contract (Kvr). The Contract Includes The Design, Construction And Commissioning Of The Ball Hall In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Goal Of The Project Is To Implement A Pvc Hall With A Lattice Structure That Meets The Functional And Technical Requirements Set By The City. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Design, Construction And Commissioning Of The Site As A Kvr Contract. The Kvr Contract Includes The Architectural, Structural, Geotechnical And Building Engineering Design Of The Object, Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Construction And Building Engineering Work In Its Entirety, Site Management Responsibilities And Tasks Of The Main Contractor, Commissioning, Official Inspections And Handover Documents, Handing Over The Completed And Usable Building To The Customer. The Procurement Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Kvr Contract, Where The Contractor Is Responsible For Project Planning, Implementation, Coordinating Different Planning And Implementation Solutions, And Handing Over The Completed And Usable Entity. Dividing The Procurement Into Separate Parts Would Spread The Overall Responsibility To Several Contracting Parties And Would Especially Increase The Risks Related To The Coordination Of Planning, Technical Interfaces, Schedules And Division Of Responsibilities. Due To The Method Of Execution Of The Procurement, The Overall Responsibility And The Risks Related To The Division Of The Procurement, The Procurement Unit Considers That The Implementation Of The Procurement As A Single Kvr Contract Is Justified As Referred To In Section 75 Of The Procurement Act. The Tenderer Must Have Familiarized Himself With The Construction Site Of The Object Together With The Customer. The Visit Will Take Place On Wednesday 11 November 2026 At 12:00 At The Destination On Site. The Contract Must Be Completed In Its Entirety, Approved By The Authorities, Received And Put Into Use No Later Than 28 December 2027. If The Contract Is Completed And Accepted As Received And Can Be Put Into Operation In Its Entirety Before The Completion Date According To The Contract, The Customer Pays The Contractor An Advance Compensation Of 1,000 Euros (Vat 0%) For Each Full Working Day By Which The Approved Acceptance Falls Below The Completion Date According To The Contract. The Maximum Refund Amount Is 30,000 Euros (Vat 0%). Refunds Will Not Be Paid If, At The Time Of Receipt, There Are Errors Or Defects That Prevent The Object From Being Used Normally And Safely. Regarding Kvr Contract Offers, The Offer With The Lowest Price Is Accepted. The Contract Calculation Documents Are Attached To The Tender Request.
