The Quadraten Foundation, A Cooperative Board Of 32 Primary Schools And An Administrative Office In The Municipalities Of Westerkwartier And Noordenveld, Is Outsourcing The Lease Of Multifunctional Printers And Associated Services To Europe. The Order Initially Includes 36 Multifunctional Printers At 31 Locations, Divided Into Three Models: A3 Medium Volume, A3 High Volume And A4 Table Model For Additional Installations. The Services Consist Of Delivery, Placement And Installation, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Fault Handling, Automatic Delivery Of Consumables (Excluding Paper), Fleet Management And Reporting, Cloud-Based Management And A Link With Topdesk. The Result Is A Framework Agreement With One Contractor, With A Term Of Four Years From August 1, 2027 And Two Optional Extensions Of A Maximum Of One Year Each. The Arbit-2022 Applies To The Framework Agreement. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Best Price-Quality Ratio, With The Estimated Value Over The Maximum Term Of Six Years, Including Extensions, Is € 648,000 (Excluding Vat). The Maximum Size Of The Framework Agreement Is € 907,000 (Excluding Vat).
