The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection And Transport Services From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live In The Municipality Of Świnoujście. The Scope Includes: 1) Collecting And Transferring Waste To The Transfer Station At Ul. Pomorska 10 In Świnoujście, Which Is An Element Of The Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation In Słajsin; 2) Equipping The Property With Containers And Bags For Collecting Waste And Maintaining The Containers In Appropriate Sanitary, Orderly And Technical Condition; 3) Running A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point For The Communes Residents In The Left-Bank Part Of Świnoujście; 4) Collection And Disposal Of Expired Medicines Collected In Special Containers; 5) Collection And Management Of Waste With Codes: 17 09 04, 20 01 25, 20 01 26*, 20 01 28, 15 01 10* And 20 01 21*; 6) Conducting Educational Lectures In Four Different Educational Institutions In The Świnoujście Commune And At The University Of The Third Age During The Period Of The Basic Contract. In Each Of The Five Locations, The Contractor Will Conduct The Number Of Lectures Declared In The Offer, Not Less Than One. Each Lecture Lasts At Least 45 Minutes And Covers The Principles Of Selective Waste Collection, Product Reuse, Recycling, Raw Material Recovery And Reducing Food Waste. The Ordering Party Will Indicate Four Educational Institutions Within 30 Days From The Commencement Of The Provision Of Services; Detailed Dates Will Be Agreed By The Contractor With Representatives Of The Institutions And The University Of The Third Age. The Estimated Amount Of Waste Used To Calculate The Price Is 15,000 Mg In The Basic Order And 15,000 Mg In The Full Scope Of The Option Law, A Total Of 30,000 Mg. Actual Weight May Vary; The Remuneration Is Settled According To The Actual Weight And Unit Rate Under The Terms Of The Contract.
