Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Expert Services For Indoor Air Studies, Framework Arrangement. The City Of Kotka (Procurement Unit, Customer) Requests Offers For Expert Services For Indoor Air Surveys In Accordance With The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Procurement Procedure Creates A Framework Arrangement Lasting Two (2) Years, For Which Three (3) Framework Contract Partners (Provider, Service Provider) Are Selected. Service Providers Are Selected For The Framework Arrangement Based On The Comparison Of Bids In The Overall Economic Order Of Preference. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right To Form A Framework Arrangement, Even If There Are Fewer Than Three Offers That Meet The Suitability Requirements. The Procurement Unit Can Extend The Contract Period Of The Framework Arrangement By Implementing One (1) Two (2) Year Option. If The Customer Activates The Option, The Terms Of The Contract Now Being Tendered Also Apply To It As Such. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Framework Arrangement, Because The Quantity And Exact Content Of The Professional Services To Be Procured Cannot Be Estimated In Advance. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities During The Contract Period. Services Are Ordered During The Contract Period Within The Framework Of Needs And Budget. Parallel, Partial And/Or Alternative Offers Are Not Allowed.
