Energy Efficiency Consultancy Services – Research/Exploration Of Energy Communities. The Municipalities Of Bergeijk, Bladel, Eersel, Oirschot And Reusel-De Mierden (Hereinafter: Contracting Authority Or Client) Jointly Tender This Contract. Bizob Acts As Contracting Authority For This Tender On Behalf Of All Aforementioned Organizations. The Assignment Initially Concerns The Execution Of The External Exploration, Referred To As Phase 2. The Intended Commencement Date Of The Agreement Is March 1, 2027. Because The Assignment Is Being Marketed On The Basis Of A Hybrid Specification (Functional Requirements Supplemented With Technical Implementation Conditions) (See Chapter 2), The Agreement Does Not Have A Fixed Term. This Concerns A One-Off, Results-Oriented Service That Will Be Completed No Later Than 12 Months After Start, Whereby The End Result Must Be Formally Accepted By The Individual Client. The Aim Is For The End Product To Be Delivered To Be Ready For Administrative Decision-Making By Mid-January 2028 At The Latest. Depending On The Result Of Phase 2 And The Decision-Making Process By The Client, Each Individual Municipality May Decide To Award A Contract For The Optional Follow-Up Phase (Phase 3). This Phase Concerns Support For The Further Development And Realization Of Initiatives And Energy Communities. The Implementation Of This Phase Is Planned For The Period From February 1, 2028 Until An End Date To Be Determined. The Actual Duration Of Phase 3 Depends On Various Factors, Including The Results Of The External Exploration, The Nature And Characteristics Of The Initiatives And The Required Administrative Decision-Making. The Pace And Phasing Of Implementation May Therefore Differ Per Initiative And Municipality.
