Refuse And Waste Related Services – Operation Of The Center Of Excellence For The Circular Solidarity Economy (Peecs) Anatole. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is The Management Of The Peecs Anatole, The Management Services Of The Peecs Anatole Recycling Center, The Management Services Of The Resources Center Of The Peecs Anatole, The Coordination Services With The Circular Activity Center Of The Peecs Anatole And The Upkeep And Maintenance Services Of The Peecs Anatole Site. This Contract Takes Effect From The Date Of Transmission Of A Service Order To Start The Services For A Period Of Three (3) Firm Years, Renewable Once (1) For A Period Of One (1) Year By Tacit Renewal, I.E. A Maximum Duration Of Four (4) Years. The Holder Cannot Refuse His Renewal. As An Indication, The Start-Up Service Order Will Be Notified To The Holder Six (6) Months From Notification Of The Contract. In The Event Of Non-Renewal Of The Contract, And In Accordance With Article R.2112-4 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Contracting Authority Must Decide In Writing At Least Three (3) Months Before The End Date Of The Period Considered, To Inform The Holder Of Its Decision Not To Renew The Contract. From The Date Of Notification Of The Framework Agreement, The Holder Has An Installation Period Of Six (6) Months In Order To Have New Skips Or Skips In Good Working Order, In Accordance With The Stipulations Of The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp).
