Electric Buses – Delivery Of Brand New Electric Buses. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Brand New Electric Buses (Purely Electric Drive Vehicles - Bev) For The Chodzież Municipality, Intended To Provide Urban Public Transport Services In The Commune. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into The Following Scopes: • Basic Scope - Delivery Of 1 Electric Bus; • Optional Scope (Option Right) – Delivery Of 1 Electric Bus (And An Additional Charger). A Brand New Bus Is Understood As A Vehicle Manufactured No Earlier Than 6 Months Before The Date Of Delivery Of A Given Batch, Which Has Not Been Previously Used. The Buses Offered Must Be Of The Same Brand And Identical In Terms Of Structure, Technical Parameters, Configuration And Equipment. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of Activities Accompanying The Deliveries, In Particular: • Granting The Ordering Party The Right To Independently Perform Inspections And Repairs Of The Delivered Electric Buses (Bev); • Equipping The Ordering Party With A Set Of Service Tools For The Diagnosis Of All Vehicle Components - In The Quantity And Scope Enabling Full Use Of All Functionalities Of Electric Buses (Bev); • Free Delivery Of Technical Documentation Necessary For The Operation And Servicing Of Purchased Vehicles; • Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Employees And/Or The Public Transport Operators Staff (For At Least 3 Mechanics/Technical Service Workers And 4 Drivers). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Terms Of Reference (Swz) Ref. No. Nizp.271.11.2026 Together With Annexes, In Particular In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Is A Description Of The Assortment Covered By The Deliveries. 3. The Implementation Of The Order Is Part Of The Project Mobilna Chodzież - Ecological And Modern Transport, Co-Financed Under The Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program, The Aim Of Which Is To Develop Sustainable Urban Mobility And Increase The Share Of Zero-Emission Transport In The Public Transport System. 4. The Buses Purchased As A Result Of The Order Will Be The Property Of The Municipality Of Chodzież And Will Be Handed Over To Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji Sp. Z O. O. In Chodzież For Use As Part Of Public Collective Transport Services. 5. If The Ordering Party Used Trade Names, Trademarks, Patents, Indications Of Origin Or Source In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Indicated A Specific Technological Process Characterizing The Products Or Services Of A Specific Contractor, These Provisions Are Only Illustrative. The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Solutions, Understood As Solutions Ensuring At Least The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters As The Solutions Described. The Contractor Invoking Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions Proposed By Them
