The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection Of Municipal Waste Specified In The Scope Of The Order From All Properties Inhabited By Residents, Located In The Gródek Commune, And From Properties Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated, Which Are Public Utility Facilities Owned By The Gródek Commune, And Their Direct Transport To The Installation Appropriate For The Individual Fractions Of Municipal Waste (Zuok Hryniewicze And/Or Zuok Białystok). The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect The Entire Amount Of Municipal Waste Transferred By The Owners Of Residential Properties And From Properties Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated, Which Are Public Utility Facilities Owned By The Gródek Commune, Including Waste Transferred To The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point And Its Direct Transport To The Installation Appropriate For Particular Fractions Of Municipal Waste (Zuok Hryniewicze And/Or Zuok Białystok), Taking Into Account Provisions Included In The Swz.
