Architectural Services For Buildings – Contracting The Services Of Drafting The Projects And Directing The Construction Works Of A Development Of Protected Housing On Plots P-8 And P-11 In El Pajar, In The Municipality Of San Bartolomé De Tirajana, Gran Canaria Island. 1.1.- The Purpose Of The Contract Consists Of The Comprehensive Provision Of The Architectural And Engineering Technical Services Necessary For The Drafting Of The Basic Project And The Execution Project And For The Subsequent Project Management Of The Construction Works Of A Protected Housing Development On Plots P-8 And P-11 In El Pajar, Municipality Of San Bartolomé De Tirajana, Gran Canaria Island, With The Scope And Conditions Established In This Pcap, In The Ppt And In Its Annexes. The Services Will Be Developed In Three Phases: Phase 1: Drafting Of The Basic Project, Including The Geotechnical Study And The Necessary Documentation For The Urban Planning Process And The Request For Provisional Qualification Of The Protected Homes. Phase 2: Drafting Of The Execution Project, Including Architecture, Structure, Facilities, Health And Safety Study, Waste Management Study, Energy Efficiency Certification And Remaining Complementary Technical Documentation. Phase 3: Comprehensive Project Management Of The Works, Execution Management, Technical Management Of Facilities, Health And Safety Coordination, Technical, Economic And Temporal Monitoring, Certifications, Final Work Documentation, Updated Bim Models, Building Book And Technical Assistance For The Commissioning Of The Promotion. The Work Will Be Carried Out Using The Bim Methodology, In The Terms Established In Annex Iv Of The Ppt - Bim Requirements. The Bim Methodology Is Part Of The Contractual Object And Does Not Constitute An Optional Improvement. The Contract Does Not Include The Material Execution Of The Works.
