You Are Asked To Submit A Quotation For The Following: 1. Taking Care Of Payment Transactions For Leiden University, For Which, Among Other Things, An Electronic Banking System Is Made Available, In Which The Bank Accounts Of The Units Of The University And The Affiliated Foundations Are Housed Within One Complex In Which Either Daily Balance Regulation Or Otherwise A Zero Balance Structure Is Possible And Interest Compensation Can Take Place, At Least With Regard To University Accounts. 2. A Proposal To Reduce The Handling Costs Of Cash Flows Within The University As Much As Possible, In A User-Friendly Manner, By, Among Other Things, Reducing The Number Of Bank Accounts And Optimizing Other Payment Transactions (Particularly Receipts For Various Services). 3. Other Services That The Bank Can Provide To Support The University In Achieving Related Objectives And Maintaining A Financially Stable Position. The Bank Must Inform The University Of Any Identified Risks In Its Business Operations. It Is Essential That The Bank Is Involved In The Procedure Regarding Treasury Banking. Furthermore, The Bank Must Be Able To Facilitate International (World) Payment Transactions. In Addition, It Is Important That The Bank Is Able To Respond (Proactively) To New Developments During The Agreement, Actively Propose Them To Leiden University And Implement Them.
