The Project Management Mission Includes The Following Mission Elements: Diagnostic Studies (Dia), Summary Preliminary Project Studies (Aps), Final Preliminary Project Studies (Apd), File(S) Relating To The Administrative Authorization(S) (Pc), Project Studies (Pro) / Business Consultation File (Dce), Assistance Provided To The Project Owner For The Award Of Works Contracts (Act), Examination Of The Conformity With The Project Of The Execution And Summary Studies Carried Out By The Companies/Contractors As Well As Their Visa (Visa) / Directorate Of The Synthesis Unit, Directorate For The Execution Of Works Contracts (Det), Assistance Provided To The Project Owner During Acceptance Operations As Well As During The Perfect Completion Guarantee Period (Aor), This Mission Is Supplemented By A Scheduling, Steering And Coordination Mission (Opc). The Execution Periods Of The Optional Tranches Will Start From The Firming Of Said Tranches.
