The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Gnojnik Commune. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Waste In Installations Specified In The Waste Management Plan Of The Małopolska Voivodeship Indicated In The Offer By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage The Collected Waste In Accordance With Applicable Law And The Provisions Of The Agreement, In A Manner Aimed At Achieving The Highest Possible Levels Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling Of Municipal Waste And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take All Actions Within The Scope Of His Duties And Competences That May Contribute To The Municipality Achieving The Levels Required By Law.
