Gas Oils – Supply Of Diesel Oil For The Municipal Waste Management Plant Limited Liability Company In Rzędów. Participation Of Subcontractors In The Execution Of The Order. 1. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor, In Accordance With Art. 462 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 2. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate, In The Offer And In The Single European Document, Hereinafter Referred To As The Single European Document, The Parts Of The Contract Whose Performance It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known, In Accordance With Art. 462 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3. Pursuant To Art. 462 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, In The Case Of Contracts For Construction Works And Services To Be Performed In A Place Subject To The Direct Supervision Of The Contracting Authority, The Contracting Authority Requests That, Before Commencing The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Must Provide The Names, Contact Details And Representatives And Subcontractors Involved In Such Construction Works Or Services, If They Are Already Known. The Contractor Shall Notify The Ordering Party Of Any Changes In Relation To The Information Referred To In The First Sentence During The Execution Of The Order, And Also Provides The Required Information About New Subcontractors To Whom It Later Intends To Entrust The Implementation Of Construction Works Or Services. 4. Pursuant To Art. 462 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requests The Information Referred To In Art. 462 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law: 1) In The Case Of Supply Contracts And Service Contracts Other Than Those Relating To Services To Be Performed In A Place Subject To The Direct Supervision Of The Ordering Party, Or 2) Relating To Further Subcontractors, Or 3) Relating To Suppliers Participating In The Performance Of The Contract For Construction Works Or Services. 5. In The Cases Referred To In Art. 462 Section 2 And 3 And Art. 462 Section 4 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Examines Whether There Are Any Grounds For Exclusion Against A Subcontractor Who Is Not An Entity Providing Resources, As Referred To In Article 108 And Article 109(1). 4) Public Procurement Law, Article 5K Of Council Regulation (Eu) 2022/576 Of April 8, 2022. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Who Intends To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors In Order To Demonstrate That There Are No Grounds For Their Exclusion From Participation In The Proceedings Includes Information About The Subcontractors In The Declaration Referred To In Art. 125 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Attached To The Offer In The Form Of The Epd And In Annex 2A Of The Swz. 6. If There Are Grounds For Exclusion Against A Subcontractor, The Ordering Party Demands That The Contractor Replace The Subcontractor Within The Deadline Specified By The Ordering Party Under Pain Of Not Allowing The Subcontractor To Perform Part Of The Order. 7. If The Change Or Resignation From The Subcontractor Concerns Th
