The Subject Of This Order Is A Service Consisting In The Implementation Of Cleaning Works In Areas Belonging To The Bielsko-Biała Commune. The Scope Of The Service Provided Includes, Among Others: 1) Participation In The Contractors Field Visit, If Appointed By The Ordering Party, In Order To Conduct An Inspection And Select The Appropriate Technology For Carrying Out The Work, 2) Protection Of Trees And Other Vegetation Against Possible Damage, 3) Cleaning Of Waste In The Designated Area, 4) Mowing Grass And Weeds - Areas Mowed According To The Current Needs And Instructions Of The Ordering Party, 5) Demolition Of Small Architecture Elements, E.G. Gazebos, Removal Of Fences, 6) Emptying Vacant Buildings, 7) Emptying Vehicles Removed In Accordance With Art. 50A Of The Road Traffic Law, 8) Felling Of Trees That Do Not Require A Felling Permit, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Nature Protection, 9) Removal And Trimming Of Bushes, 10) Removal Of Fallen Or Scrap Trees, 11) Tidying Up The Area In The Place And Within The Area Of The Works Being Carried Out, 12) Making And Installing An Information Board (Each Time When Indicated By The Ordering Party), 13) Liquidation Of Illegal Waste Dumps, Which Includes The Removal Of All Waste And Pollution From The Indicated Area, In Particular Hazardous Waste, Electrical And Electronic Equipment And Their Parts, Remains Of Motor Vehicles, Tires, Green And Other Waste, As Well As Their Removal And Management In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy, 14) Collection Of Waste From Cleaning Works Carried Out By The Municipal Social Welfare Center (Hereinafter Referred To As Mops), Together With Its Transport And Transfer To Landfill, 15) Transport Of Waste To The Landfill.
