Cleaning Services - A Service Consisting In Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Facilities Of The Wrocław Youth Sports Center In 2027. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Facilities Of The Youth Sports Center Wrocław. The Service Includes Ongoing Cleaning, Washing, Cleaning, Disinfection Of Surfaces And Equipment, Waste Removal, And Maintaining The Premises In Proper Hygienic, Sanitary And Aesthetic Condition. The Service Also Includes Ongoing Cleaning Of Recreational Areas, Beaches, Sandy Areas, Green Areas, Pedestrian Paths, Water Access, Relaxation Areas And Other Public Spaces. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service Using Its Own Cleaning Products, Disinfectants, Manual Equipment And Professional Cleaning Devices And Machines Appropriate To The Type Of Surface, Degree Of Dirt And The Specificity Of Individual Rooms. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Such A Number Of Cleaning People To Ensure Reliable Performance Of All Activities Required By The Order Description Below, Equipped With Protective Clothing. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Its Employees With Personal Protective Equipment In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Requirements, Such As: Work Gloves, Work Clothes, Aprons, Appropriate Footwear, And Protective Masks. Based On A Site Visit, The Ordering Party Will Visualize The External Areas And Internal Rooms To The Contractor So As To Enable The Contractor To Recognize The Area And Rooms Covered By This Service. The Contractor Is Obliged To Appoint Persons Responsible For The Direct And Ongoing Supervision And Control Of All Cleaning Staff Performing Cleaning And Maintaining Cleanliness In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of This Annex. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Number Of Employees, The Number Of Man-Hours Worked And The Scope Of Work Performed, In Particular By Inspecting Facilities, Documentation, Work Schedules And Other Available Means Confirming The Implementation Of The Service. If It Is Found That The Number Of Employees Or The Method Of Work Organization Do Not Ensure Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party May Oblige The Contractor To Appropriately Increase The Staff Or Change The Organization Of Work, Without The Right To Additional Remuneration, If This Is Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order.
