The Projected Electricity Consumption Indicated Above Is Indicative And May Differ From The Amount Of Energy Actually Consumed During The Contract Period. Increasing The Amount Of Energy Consumed (Option Right) Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Need To Pay For The Energy Actually Consumed At The Rates Specified In The Concluded Agreement. Surplus Energy According To The Contract Template Proposed By The Contractor, Provided That It Decides To Change The Recipient Of The Surplus Energy. The Price At Which The Energy Will Be Repurchased Should Include The Price Per Mwh Fed Into The Network And The Price For Commercial Balancing. The Amount Of Electricity Offered By The Ordering Party For Repurchase Is Specified In The Annual Forecast Schedule Of Electricity Sales, Which Constitutes Annex No. 8 To The Tor To Perform All Formalities And Activities Necessary To Take Over The Obligations Of The Energy Supplier. The Ordering Party Will Not Bear Any Additional Costs Related To The Performance Of These Activities As Well As Costs Resulting From The Contractors Failures During Their Implementation. The Ordering Party May Claim Compensation Resulting From Failure To Meet The Deadline And Other Damages Incurred Due To The Fault Of The Contractor
