Procedure For Awarding An Order 2.1. The Procedure Is Conducted In Accordance With The Rules Provided For Sectoral Contracts With A Value Equal To Or Exceeding The Eu Thresholds. 2.3. The Proceedings Are Conducted In Accordance With The Rules Provided For The So-Called Reverse Procedure Referred To In Art. 139 Section 1, 3 And 4 Pzp. Pursuant To The Above-Mentioned Regulations, The Ordering Party Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings. 2.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction. 2.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers And Does Not Envisage Concluding A Framework Agreement. 2.6. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 131 Section 2 Point 1 And Art. 134 Section 2 Point 9 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Submission Of An Offer After The Contractor Has Inspected The On-Site Inspection Of All Suws Indicated In Annex 4 To The Contract Template. The Offer Of A Contractor Who Has Not Completed The Required On-Site Visit Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. Name Of The Contractor, 2. Name And Surname Of The Contact Person And Telephone Number, 3. Names And Surnames Of People Who Will Participate In The On-Site Visit. The Ordering Party Will Agree On The Date Of The Inspection With The Contractor In A Way That Ensures Continuity And Uninterrupted Operation Of The Facilities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Follow The Instructions Of The Ordering Partys Employees Regarding The Organization Of Vision, Safety And Movement Around The Facilities. Confirmation Of The On-Site Visit Will Be A Protocol Signed By The Representative Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party Or An Attendance List Covering All Facilities Where The Visit Was Carried Out. It Is Not Allowed To Take Photos, Audio Or Video Recordings During The On-Site Visit. The On-Site Visit Is Not Intended To Provide Explanations Regarding The Content Of The Swz. Questions Regarding The Procurement Documents Should Be Directed In The Manner Specified In The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Set A Common Inspection Date For Several Contractors Or To Indicate Time Intervals In Which Inspections Can Be Carried Out.
