Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties Located In The Płońsk Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Titled: Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties Located In The Płońsk Commune. The Order Will Be Implemented No Earlier Than In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, 4.2. A Detailed Description Of The Service Is Provided In Annex No. 11 To This Tor. 4.3.Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Act On Public Procurement Provides For The Use Of Options In The Order. 1. The Maximum Amount Of Waste That The Ordering Party Intends To Transfer During The Contract Period Is Specified As 3,671 Mg, With The Minimum Weight Of Waste During The Order Implementation Period Being 2,937 Mg, And The Additional Weight Of Waste Provided For Under The Option Will Be 734 Mg. 2. As Part Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Exercise The Option Right On The Terms And Conditions Described Below. 3. Orders Executed Under The Option Are A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Therefore Failure By The Ordering Party To Exercise The Option Right Will Not Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Pursue Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Order Covered By The Option Right After Receiving Notification From The Ordering Party That He Intends To Exercise The Option Right. 5. The Rules For The Execution Of An Order Covered By The Option Right Will Be The Same As Those Applicable To The Execution Of The Basic Order. 6. The Ordering Party Will Exercise The Option When: 1) During The Duration Of The Basic Contract (12 Months), The Minimum Waste Mass Limit Specified Above Is Exhausted Or 2) The Validity Period Of The Basic Contract (12 Months) Expires - The Ordering Party Will Exercise The Option Right For A Period Not Longer Than 9 Consecutive Months. 7. Using The Option Will Not Affect The Content Of The Concluded Contract.
