Installation Services Of Radio, Television, Sound And Video Equipment – ​​Contract For Sound, Streaming, Lighting, Video Projection And Technical Assistance Services At Public Events Organized By The General Directorate Of Communication. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Provision Of A Sound, Streaming, Lighting, Video Projection And Technical Assistance Service At Public Events Organized And Coordinated By The General Directorate Of Communication, With High-Tech Technical, Personal And Audiovisual Means. Public Events Organized By The General Directorate Of Communication May Be Held Both In Municipal Offices And In External Locations Without Their Territorial Scope Exceeding The Limits Of The Community Of Madrid. The Winning Company, In Accordance With The Agenda Of The Government Of The City Of Madrid, Will Be Responsible For The Installation And Dismantling Of The Equipment Necessary For The Event, Without Prejudice To The Assistance Of The Staff Of This General Directorate Who, To Carry Out Their Functions, Attend Each Event Regardless Of The Contracted Services. The Following Are Excluded From The Purpose Of This Contract: Events For Which The General Directorate Of Communication Has Its Own Means And Those Organized By Other Government Areas (With The Exception Of The Mayors Office And The General Coordination Of The Mayors Office), The Municipal District Boards And Municipal Companies And In Whose Organization The General Directorate Of Communication Has Not Participated, Regardless Of Whether They Are Attended By The Media.
