Operational Support Referred To In Section 2 Is A Supplement To The Potential Of The User And Military Maintenance And Repair Authorities (Wt) And Will Consist In Removing Malfunctions And Maintenance Of Military Equipment (Spw) And The Components Included In Their Assembly, Arising During Their Operation And Impossible To Remove By Regular Equipment Service And Military Maintenance And Repair Authorities Due To The Lack Of Technical, Organizational Or Specialized Instrumentation Capabilities. 4. The Service Provided By The Contractor Should Include Organizational And Technical Undertakings, The Implementation Of Which Is To Ensure The Restoration And Maintenance Of Technical Efficiency Of Spw Subassemblies, Assemblies, Elements And Packages In The Scope Of: A) Emergency Repairs And Maintenance; B) Hardware Modifications; C) Electronic Operation Support; D) Training. Due To The Multi-Stage Procedure, The Requirements And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided In Detail To Contractors Whose Applications To Participate In The Procedure Were Not Subject To Rejection.
