The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing An Away Integration And Workshop Meeting For Nask-Pib Employees, Hereinafter Referred To As The Trip Or Event, Including: A) Rental Of A Conference Room With The Provision Of Appropriate Organizational Facilities, B) Provision Of Catering Services During Workshops, Including Coffee Breaks And Lunch; C) Organization Of A Gala Dinner; D) Providing Hotel Rooms For Nask-Pib Employees; E) Providing Transport For Nask-Pib Employees; F) Organization And Implementation Of An Accompanying Attraction After The End Of The Workshop Part (Option Right No. 1); G) Providing Promotional And Advertising Articles (I.E. Gift Gadgets) For Event Participants (Option Right No. 2). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Items 20 And 252), Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security, 2) An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Or An Ict Service, Or An Ict Process, Specified In This Decision. If The Contractor Offers The Solution Referred To In Point 1) Or 2) Above, The Offer Will Be Subject To Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17) Or Point 19) Of The Public Procurement Law. 4. Order Completion Date: The Contract Is Valid From The Date Of Its Conclusion. The Agreement Expires After 3 Business Days, Counted From The Date Of Completion Of The Trip, With The Trip Taking Place On November 17-18, 2026, Subject To The Points Below. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Changing The Date Of The Event Only By Postponing It To A Later Date, Falling From Monday To Friday, In The Period From November 19, 2026 To December 2, 2026 Inclusive. The Parties Will Agree On The Exact Date Of The Trip During A Working Meeting Held Within 5 Business Days After Concluding The Contract. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Trip On The New Date Indicated By The Ordering Party, Without Additional Remuneration For Changing The Date. Changing The Order Completion Date Within The Limits Specified Above Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract And Does Not Require The Conclusion Of An Annex. 5. In Cases Where The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Which Would Lead To The Privilege Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or
