How to apply SUBMISSION OF BID PAPER SUBMISSION In case of submission of a hard copy, the procedure shall be as follows: Bids must be submitted to one of the following offices: o Akkar Office: Akkar, Menyara, Youssef Salloum Building, 2nd Floor o Tripoli Office: Tripoli, Dam w Farez, Jana Residence Building, 5th Floor Bids must be submitted in one sealed outer envelope addressed to Akkarouna at the above-mentioned office. The outer envelope must clearly indicate the tender reference number: ITB/010/006/2026 and must not contain any other identifying information about the bidder. All supporting documents must be placed in separate clearly labeled inner envelopes, which are then enclosed within the main sealed envelope.
