Nov 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Development Invitation to Open Tender Basmeh & Zeitooneh invites all interested and eligible suppliers and service providers to express their interest in participating in an upcoming transportation services tender, under Reference No. BK26-10-03. Eligibility Requirements Interested suppliers and service providers must meet the applicable eligibility criteria and submit the following documents, as relevant: Valid company registration documents, including commercial and financial registration. A duly signed offer. A copy of the owners identification document. Bank account details. Evidence of previous experience, including recommendation letters and contact details of relevant references. Additional requirements for transportation service providers: Valid vehicle or bus registration documents. Valid vehicle insurance. Valid driving licenses for the relevant drivers. Details of the types of buses available and their passenger seating capacities. Relevant driver training certificates or other professional qualifications, where applicable. Preferred Service Locations Interested service providers are requested to indicate their preferred service locations, covering all or at least one of the following areas: Tripoli: Within the Abou Samra area. Beirut and Mount Lebanon (BML): Within Nabaa, covering the area between Burj Hammoud and the Basmeh & Zeitooneh center on Arminia Street. Bekaa: Within El Marj and Bar Elias. How to apply Submission Requirements Interested and eligible suppliers/service providers are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) by email to [email protected], using the following subject line: Tender [BK26-10-03] Expression of Interest for Transportation Services Upon receiving and reviewing the Expression of Interest submissions, including the required eligibility documents, technical specifications, and financial offer form, Basmeh & Zeitooneh (B&Z) will shortlist the service providers who meet the eligibility criteria and qualify to be invited to participate in the subsequent tendering process. Shortlisted service providers will be invited to submit their financial offers in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender package. The complete tender submission must include all required documents and be submitted through the specified channel within the stated deadline. Only suppliers/service providers who meet the eligibility requirements and comply with the submission instructions will be considered for invitation to the subsequent tendering process.
