The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Activities:Implementation Of Independent Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Following Constructions:For Separate Position No. 1 Of A Site: Tupik Building From O.T. 194 To O.T. 210, Part Of Vasil Drumev Street, Town Of Dolna Mitropolia;For Special Position No. 2 Of A Site: Renovation Of Vasil Levski Street In The Town Of Dolna Mitropolia, From O.T. 291 To O.T. 310.The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Supervision Activities Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut), Control Of Compliance With The Requirements Under Art. 169, Paras. 1 And 3 Of The Zut When Performing Construction And Assembly Works Included In The Scope Of The Order.The Scope Of Work Of The Contractor Includes The Following Main Activities:Activity 1. Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Object, Until Its Acceptance And Commissioning, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And Guaranteeing The Application Of The Bulgarian Regulatory Requirements;Activity 2. Fulfilling The Function Of Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works;Activity 3. Preparation Of A Final Report According To Art. 168, Paragraph 6 Of The Zut After Completion Of The Construction And Assembly Works For The Site.Activity 4. Preparation Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 For The Objects Or For The Corresponding Part Of Them, If The Phased Handover Of Parts Of The Construction Contracts Is Carried Out.The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For This Public Procurement.
