The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of An External Contractor To Carry Out Engineering - Design, Construction And Author Supervision Of Three Pedestrian Bridges In The Town Of Lovech For The Implementation Of Activity 1 Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of The Pedestrian Bridges Over The River Osm In The Town Of Lovech Of The Project Together For Integrated Territorial Development Of The Territories Along The River Osm And Its Tributaries, In Implementation Of Adbfp No. Bg16ffpr003-2.006-0154-C01, Divided Into Three Separate Items As Follows: Separate Position 1: Engineering - Design, Implementation Of Authors Supervision, Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of Bogoyavlenski Bridge Over Osam River;Separate Position 2: Engineering - Design, Implementation Of Authors Supervision, Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of The Iron Bridge Over The Osam River;Separate Item 3: Engineering - Design, Implementation Of Authors Supervision, Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of The Pedestrian Bridge Over The Osam River;The Activities Of The Contractor Of This Public Procurement For The Three Separate Positions Of Engineering Are As Follows:Activity 1: Investment Design In The Working Project Phase; Activity 2: Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works (Smr) In Accordance With The Approved Investment Work Project; Activity 3: Perform Author Supervision During Constructionthe Contractor Should Carry Out The Planned Activities On The Subject Of The Order, Providing For This Purpose Manpower, Materials, Construction Equipment, Machines, Blanks, Products And Everything Else Necessary To Fulfill The Subject Of The Order. For Each Type Of Work, The Contractor Should Foresee All Necessary Costs For Its Full Implementation, Incl. Delivery, Transportation Of Materials And Other Related Activities. When Pricing Individual Types Of Work, The Contractor Should Foresee And Include In The Price All Accompanying Activities For The Qualitative And Complete Performance Of The Specific Type Of Work.All Costs Related To The Performance Requirements Are Considered Included In The Contractors Offer. The Contractor Should Carry Out Design, Construction And Installation Works And Carry Out Authors Supervision According To The Technical Specification. Wherever A Specific Standard Is Cited In The Participation Documentation, It Should Use The Cited Or Equivalent Standard. The Scope And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specification.​​​​​​​
