The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery Of A Special Vehicle For Waste Collection, Vario Press Type, Factory New, By Direct Purchase.The Current Public Procurement Includes In Its Scope The Delivery Of 1 Pc. A Factory-New, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2024 Special Waste Collection Vehicle, Variopress Type (Base Vehicle And Superstructure), Which Must Have The Following Minimum Technical Characteristics. The Car And Its Upgrade Must Comply With All Current Regulations Of The Bulgarian Legislation, European Directives, Regulations And Rules. Upon Delivery Of The Car And The Upgrade To It, All Accompanying Documents Necessary For Their Further Use Should Be Presented, Such As Certificates, Permits, Operating Instructions In Bulgarian, Warranty Booklet, As Well As All Documents Required According To The Zdp And The Current By-Laws. Order Fulfillment Includes Delivery And Warranty Service And Maintenance. All Costs For The Removal Of Warranty Damage And/Or Inconsistencies During The Proposed Warranty Period Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. The Execution Of The Order Also Includes An Obligation For The Contractor To Register The Vehicle With The Traffic Police On Behalf And At The Expense Of The Employer.The Delivered Specialized Equipment Is For The Needs Of Op Chistota, Lom.A Detailed Description Of The Specialized Technique Is Contained In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation.​​​​​​​
