Tenders Are Invited For Current Repair (Waterproofing) Of The Roof Of An Administrative Building And A Technical Hall In The City Of Sofia

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Complete Ongoing Repairs (Waterproofing) Of The Flat Roof Of An Administrative Building And A Technical Hall Without Changing The Structure, Volume And Purpose. The Administration Building And The Technical Hall Have A Flat Roof. The Entire Building Is Made Of A Steel Structure, And The Roof Itself Is Made Of 2T Sandwich Sheet Metal, On Which Thermal Insulation Is Laid And Sealed With A Bitumen Primer.The Construction And Installation Works (Smr) Included In The Present Order In The Sense Of Item 43 Of §5 Of The Dr Of The Zut Constitute Ongoing Repairs, For Which According To Art. 151, Paragraph 1 Of The Zut, The Issuance Of A Construction Permit Is Not Required.
