1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Center For Intergenerational Integration At Ul. Heweliusza 1-3 In Toruń.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) General Construction Works, 2) Execution Of Electrical And Low-Voltage Installations, 3) Execution Of Sanitary Installations, 4) Land Development Elements, Including: Sidewalks, Elements Of Small Architecture, Greenery, 5) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment. 3. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works [Studies Prepared By J.M. Pracownia Projektowa Sp. Z O. O., ;Components Of The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Are Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template, Taking Into Account The Employers Explanations To The Swz (Answers Provided To The Contractors Questions At The Stage Of The Proceedings, Hereinafter Referred To As: Explanations To The Swz)] And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Construction And Horticultural Practices, Based On Inspection Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Perform The Work, Taking Into Account The Implementation And Application Of Treatments Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs On The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In Separate Provisions Of The Contract.
