The Contractor Undertakes In Particular To: A) Perform Construction Works Consisting In Replacing The Existing Fire-Fighting Joinery Together With Accompanying Works, B) Preparing As-Built Documentation For Construction Works, C) Bringing The Construction Site, As Well As Roads, Real Estate Or Other Third-Party Facilities, As Required By The Ordering Party, To The Condition That Existed Before The Commencement Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, If They Were Violated By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, D) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In 3 Copies And In Electronic Version (Recorded On A Dvd Or External Disk In .Pdf And .Dwg Format), E) Preparation Of A Manual For The Operation, Operation And Maintenance Of The Facility, Which Should Include A List Of All Devices, Procedures And Rules For Performing Activities Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Facility. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Replacement Of Fire-Fighting Joinery In Building B1 Along With Accompanying Works And Services Related To The Construction Works Performed As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Social Welfare Home At Ul. Ugory - Fire-Fighting Joinery In Building B1. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Provision Of Services/Supplies Related To Construction Works. The Task Includes The Following Works: • Preparatory Works, • Measurement Works, • Demolition Works, • Assembly Works, • Reconstruction Works. Note: Works Related To The Replacement Of Fire-Fighting Joinery Will Be Carried Out In The Facility Covered By The Guarantee. Granted By Another Contractor, Including At The Interface Between The Scope Of Works Covered By The Above-Mentioned Guarantee.
