The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Preparation Of A Technical Expert Opinion In The Field Of Fire Protection Of The Building - (The Guidelines Resulting From The Expert Opinion Will Constitute The Basis For The Preparation Of Design Documentation In Order To Adapt The Building To The Currently Applicable Technical Construction And Fire Protection Regulations). 2) Preparation Of An Expert Opinion On The Technical Condition Of The Structure Of Damaged Ceilings. 3) Preparation Of A Mycological Expert Opinion Assessing The Scale And Type Of Mold Infestation In The Building. 4) Preparation Of Construction And Executive Documentation For Construction Works Reconstruction Renovation Of The Installation And The Building.5) Preparation Of Construction And Executive Documentation For The Replacement Of 27 Windows (In Accordance With Annex No. 7A To Opz).6) Carrying Out All Necessary Procedures, I.E. Checking And Agreeing The Design Documentation With A Fire Protection Expert, Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Decisions And Opinions, Agreeing On The Expert Opinion With The West Pomeranian Voivodeship Commander Of The State Fire Service In Szczecin, Obtaining A Permit West Pomeranian Conservator Of Monuments, And Obtaining A Valid Building Permit To Perform Construction Works In A Historic Building.2.The Detailed Scope, Description And Method Of Performing The Service That Is The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Order: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Description Of The Building And The Expected Scope Of Work, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz; 2) List Of Windows To Be Replaced In The Building Of Pan Dpt In Świnoujście, Ul. Sienkiewicza 18 Plans Of The Building, Constituting Annex No. 7A To The Swz;3) Supporting Document - Photographic Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 7B To The Swz. 3. Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 4.
