The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Including: - Bills Of Quantities, - Notification Of Construction Works, - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works3. Location: Lesko Poviat, Commune Cisna, Current Smerek, Section No. 485.4874. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Included In The Subject Of The Contract In The Field Of Earthworks, Manual Or Mechanical Construction Of The Substructure And Road Surface, Because The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1245). 5. Financing The Implementation Of The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Paying The Remuneration In Parts, With The Reservation: The Ordering Party Requires That By December 31, 2026 (Partial Acceptance), The Contractor Completes The Scope Of Work With A Value Of No More Than Pln 369,000.00 Gross (In Words: Three Hundred And Sixty-Nine Thousand Zlotys (Gross).2) The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Granting Advance Payments For The Implementation Orders3) The Basis For Making Partial Settlements Will Be Positive Partial Acceptance Of Individual Stages Of Works.4) The Final Settlement Will Be Made By Way Of A Final Invoice After The Commissions Final Acceptance Of The Works.6.
