The Contractor Must Provide People, Facilities And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Services, And Comply With Sanitary, Food And Occupational Health And Safety Regulations. The Provision Of Catering Services Will Include The Preparation And Delivery Of Dishes In Accordance With The Ordered Scope Of Catering And The Provision Of Appropriate Service, Within Four Separate Parts Of The Order. Name Of The Part: Part No. 1) Catering - Seminar Meetings: The Subject Of The Order In This Part Are Catering Services During Events Organized At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. Scientific Seminars, Scientific Meetings, Meetings, Gatherings And Other Events Organized By The Ordering Party - Approximately 60 Events Are Planned For People, With The Expected Number Of Participants Being Approximately 50 People. The Scope Of Services Includes, In Particular: Sandwiches; Cakes; Fruit; Coffee; Tea; Water; Juices; Snacks; Coffee Sets.
