The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Works Related To Ongoing Maintenance - Part I - 270 Municipal Buildings Administered By Zgn In The Praga Północ District Of The Capital City. Warsaw And Municipal Premises In 94 Buildings Of Housing Communities In Technical Efficiency In The Scope Of Works Related To The General Construction Industry: Roofing, Sheet Metal, Bricklaying, Painting And Road Works, As Well As Other Repair Works Necessary To Maintain The Properties In Technical Efficiency. The Detailed Location, Type And Scope Of Works Resulting From The Current Needs Related To Maintaining The Property In Technical Condition, And Which The Ordering Party Cannot Currently Predict, Will Be Determined Successively As They Occur, By Orders From The Ordering Partys Authorized Representatives In Individual Resident Service Administrations, Hereinafter Referred To As Aom.
