The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided By The Contractor To The Wałcz Commune Office And Its Subordinate Units: Municipal Social Welfare Center In Wałcz, Primary School. Fr. Jan Twardowski In Chwirama, Primary School. John Paul Ii In Strączno, Primary School. Janusz Korczak In Gostomi, Primary School. Jan Brzechwa In Różewo, Primary School. European Union In Karsibór. The Ordering Party Will Send Parcels At The Facility Designated By The Contractor Located In Wałcz From 8:00 A.M. To 3:30 P.M. To Service The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Designate A Post Office In The City Where The Ordering Partys Registered Office Is Located, Providing Postal Services Within The Scope Of The Proceedings In Question. The Shipments Will Be Sent On The Day Of Their Delivery By The Ordering Party To The Contractor. Any Possible Irregularities Will Be Clarified On An Ongoing Basis By The Employees Of The Contractor Or The Ordering Party. The Parties Allow The Possibility Of Postponing The Shipment To The Next Day In The Event Of Justified Objections Regarding The Received Shipments (E.G. Incorrect Packaging, Lack Of Full Address, Inconsistency Of Entries In The Shipping Documentation With The Descriptions On The Shipment, Lack Of Payment Signs) And The Inability To Clarify Them With The Ordering Partys Representative Or Remove Them On The Day Of Their Receipt. The Postal Delivery Service Will Be Provided By The Contractor To Each Address Indicated By The Ordering Party Within The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And Outside The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With The International Agreements Concluded By The Contractor. The Individual Quantities Of Sent Postal Items Specified In Point 1 Are Estimates And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Data In The Table Constitute The Basis For The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Purposes Of Conducting The Procedure And Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Send The Expected Number Of Letter Items. The Actual Quantities Of Shipments Carried Out During The Term Of The Contract Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, And Therefore May Differ From The Quantities Indicated In The Table In Point 1 Above And In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1. If The Ordering Party Sends Parcels Not Included In The Offer Form, The Basis For Settlement Will Be The Prices From The Contractors Current Price List Of Postal Services. The Billing Period Is One Calendar Month. The Basis For Calculating The Amount Due Will Be The Sum Of Fees For Shipments Actually Sent Or Returned Due To The Impossibility Of Delivering Them Within The Settlement Period, Confirmed In Terms Of Quantity And Weight Based On The Shipping And Delivery Documents, As Well As The Paid Correspondence Service From The Ordering Partys Registered Office. The Sender/Payer Will Pay The Amounts Arising From Vat Invoices
