Tenders Are Invited For Service Of Organization And Implementation Of 18 Field Training For Teachers And Management Of 10 Primary Schools From The Ełk Subregion As Part Of The Project School Of Real Tasks...

The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Implementation Of 18 Training Courses (8-15 People) For A Total Number Of 110-118 Participants, I.E. Principals And Teachers From Primary Schools From The Ełk Subregion In The Province. Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The Ełk Subregion Covers The Following Counties: Ełk, Giżycki, Gołdap, Olecki, Piski And Węgorzewski. Each Participant Will Complete A 36-Hour Training Cycle - 2 Field Training Sessions (18 Hours Long, 3 Days Long, With Two Overnight Stays). The Training Topics Will Concern The Implementation Of Pedagogical Innovations In Primary Schools Regarding The Development Of Students Learning Skills And Multilingualism In Accordance With The Original Project Model Developed By The Ordering Party, Which Includes: (1) Diagnostic, (2) Educational And (3) Management Activities In Primary Schools Regarding: (A) Individualization Of Work With Learning, (B) Experience, Including Gamification, And (C) Interdisciplinary, Multi-Subject Classes And Lessons, Including Multilingual. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Training Materials And Proposals For Training Programs In This Area Developed In The Project In Question, But Will Require The Contractor To Provide Experienced Trainers Who Will Ensure The Attractiveness, Comprehensibility And Relevance Of The Training In Response To The Needs And Interests Reported By Training Participants During Their Implementation And In Evaluation Surveys.
