1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of Public Buildings In The Narew Commune - Narew Commune Office - Stage I2.The Detailed Scope And Manner Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement (Ipu) Constituting An Annex To The Swz And The Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz (Opz), And Consisting Of: 1) Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities; 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Including Detailed Technical Specifications (Hereinafter Referred To As Sst).3.The Scope Of The Order Planned Includes: 1) Execution Of Demolition And Dismantling Works, I.E. Floors, Doors, Door Frames, Cladding; 2) Construction Of New Floors And Floors; 3) Execution Of Gypsum Plasters And Suspended Ceilings; 4) Painting Works; 5) Covering The Stairs With Ceramic Tiles; 6) Construction Of New Stair Railings; 7) Installation Of Door Joinery; 8) Construction Of A New Electrical And Telecommunications Installation; 9) Installation Of New Energy-Saving Lighting; 4. Stage I Includes Construction And Assembly Works Only In The Corridors And The Entire Staircase Of The Building. Telecommunication Installations Should Be Brought To The Server Room Located On The Second Floor Of The Building.5.As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Preparatory, Auxiliary And Accompanying Works, Even If They Are Not Clearly Indicated In The Design Documentation Or Bill Of Quantities, But Are Necessary To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Regulations.6.The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From Incorrect Performance Of Work Or Improper Marking And Securing Of The Place Of Work.7.The Bill Of Quantities Provided Is Only An Auxiliary Document Specifying The Scope Of Works And Is Intended To Help Contractors Calculate The Offer Price, Therefore It Will Not Affect The Course Of The Construction Process Or The Amount Of The Contractual Remuneration Determined By The Lump-Sum Offer Price.
