School Holidays, Holiday Breaks And Other School Holidays Specified By The Management Of The Educational Institution Are Excluded From The Period Of Provision Of Services.7. Deliveries To Branches Will Take Place Between 11 A.M. And 12 P.M. The Exact Delivery Time Will Be Determined After The Contractors Prior Consultation With The Management Of Educational Institutions.8. As Part Of The Services Provided, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With School Principals And Persons Authorized By Them, Responsible For The Implementation Of Collective Meals In The Facilities.9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Ongoing Inspection Of The Contractors Compliance With The Regulations Regarding Production Technology And The Quality Of Services Provided. The Costs Of Treating A Student Resulting From Food Poisoning Caused By The Contractor, As Well As The Compensation Claims Of The Students Legal Guardians Related To The Poisoning, Will Be Fully Borne By The Contractor.11.
