1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Brand New Electric Vehicle Charging Station With Accompanying Infrastructure.2. The Scope Of The Task Includes: 1) Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Charger Enabling Charging Two Vehicles At The Same Time Or One Electric Garbage Truck Type Vehicle With An Output Power Of Up To 150 Kw, 2) Construction Of Electricity Infrastructure, Internal Power Supply Line And Accompanying Installations; 3) Performance Of Construction, Assembly And Finishing Works (Foundations, Mechanical Protection); 4) Construction Of Ict Infrastructure And Implementation Of A System For Remote Monitoring And Management Of The Charging Process; 5) Obtaining A Decision Of The Supervision Office On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Technical Approval For Operation Of The Device;6) Carrying Out Commissioning, Tests And Putting Into Operation Together With Full As-Built Documentation, Including The Transfer Of Documentation With The Ce Marking Of The Delivered Device;7) Conducting Instructions For The Ordering Partys Employees To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Delivery Item And Its Operation;8) Providing Warranty And Maintenance Services;9) Providing As-Built And Operational Documentation, Including: Factory Documentation (Dtr), Certificates For Devices That Are Subject To Certification, Certificates, Manufacturers Declarations Or Other Documents Authorizing The Products For Use, Acceptance Protocols, Acceptance Protocols (Including The Final Acceptance Protocol), Reports On Post-Assembly Tests, Operating Instructions And User Manuals, Approved Operational And Operational Instructions; 10) Providing A Report On The Technical Inspection Carried Out By The Office Of Technical Inspection With A Positive Result.
