The Construction Works For The Renovation Of The Sports Complex Include: A) Dismantling The Existing Container Facility; B) Construction Of A New Sanitary And Cloakroom Facility, Including A Warehouse For Household And Sports Equipment, Locker Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, A Utility Room For The Facility And An Environmental Trainer. The Ordering Party Requires The Construction Of The Facility In The Form Of A Container Facility (Meeting The Requirements Of The Program) Without The Need To Obtain The Investors Written Consent. This Solution Is Specified In The Documentation (Functional And Utility Program), I.E. In Part Ii. Description Part, Point 2.8. Construction Requirements Section 2.8.3. Construction Walls: Masonry Of Silicate, Ceramic Or Concrete Blocks Adapted To The Nature And Structure Of The Facility. It Is Possible To Construct A Back-Up Facility In The Form Of A Container Facility (Meeting The Requirements Of The Program), After Obtaining The Investors Written Consent.
