Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Czerniejewo Commune

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code And Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis.2.The Czerniejewo Commune And Its Units Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Will Conclude Separate Contracts Under This Procedure For The Award Of A Public Procurement In The Basic Mode For The Purchase Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Czerniejewo Municipality. Detailed Information Regarding The Conclusion Of Contracts By The Commune And Its Organizational Units Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Selected Contractors Duty Will Be To Represent The Ordering Party And Its Organizational Units Before The Relevant Distribution System Operator In Matters Related To Reporting A Change Of Supplier. To Perform The Above-Mentioned The Above-Mentioned Activities, The Contractor Will Receive An Appropriate Power Of Attorney (Appendix No. 5.1 To The Swz). The Estimated Electricity Demand In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028 Is 1,083,846.00 Kwh. 1. The Ordering Party Requires That The Price Proposed By The Contractor Be Divided Into Two Periods: From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 And From January 1, 2028 To December 31, 2028.
