1. The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Nursery Facilities Building With Inventory No. 108/00178, Plot No. 257/1222, Maków Registration District. The Investment Is Located In The Łódź Voivodeship, Skierniewice County, Maków Commune, On Plots Belonging To The Investor No. 257/1222.2.The Material Scope Is Determined By The Bill Of Quantities And The Outlay Cost Estimate, While The Technology Of The Works Is Determined By The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. 3. The Ordering Party Indicates That If The Contractors Find Any Discrepancies Between The Individual Documents Constituting The Design Documentation, They Should First Be Guided By The Construction Design, Then The Detailed Design, Then The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, And Finally The Bill Of Quantities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About Each Discrepancy In The Documentation, Including Design Documentation. 4. Existing Condition: One-Story Building With Dimensions Of 9.49 M X 36.90 M, Made Using Traditional Technology, With Flat Roofs, Covered With Roofing Felt. The Building Is Equipped With Water And Sewage Systems. Intended For Social, Storage And Nursery Purposes. 5. The Project Includes: A) Removing The Band Around The Building, Excavating The Foundation Walls And Installing Vertical And Horizontal Insulation, B) Providing Ventilation In All Rooms, In The Flat Roof, C) Insulating The Flat Roof And Covering It With Roofing Felt, D) Carrying Out Sheet Metal Work, E) Partial Replacement Of Doors And Windows, F) Cutting And Filling In The Floors, G) Cutting And Applying New Plasters, H) Renovation Of The Bathroom (Cutting And Laying Tiles And Terracotta, Replacing White Installation, Minor Electrical Works) And Social Rooms,I) External Facade - Laying Of Fine-Grained Plaster, Light Color,J) Internal Painting.6.All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of Relevant Standards And Applicable Regulations. Particular Attention Is Paid To The Need To Carry Out Works In A Way That Guarantees The Drainage Of Surface And Groundwater. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification And Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitute Attachments To This Swz. The Implementation Conditions Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 7 To The Swz. 8. The Ordering Party Determines Access To The Investment In Question Via Internal Forest Roads With An Asphalt Surface. The Exit Is Located At Approximately 3 Km Of District Road No. 1310E (Skierniewice-Maków), According To Annex No. 9 To The Swz. After Completing The Investment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Restore The Forest Roads To Their Original Condition According To The Construction Site Handover Protocol.
