The Subject Of The Order Is: Collection, Transport And Management Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge Code 190805 From The Nowa Wieś Sewage Treatment Plant. 3.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection, Disposal And Management Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge Code 190805 From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Nowa Wieś In A Continuous Service System According To Export Reports Agreed With The Ordering Party, With A Frequency Adapted To The Amount Of Their Accumulation In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Applicable Regulations.3.2.The Estimated Amount Of Waste Is 780 Tons.3.3.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 4 To This Swz And In The Draft Contractual Provisions That Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.3.4.In Situations Where The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Referring To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows For Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3.5.In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order Using Sufficiently Precise Terms And This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order. In Such Situations, Any Indications Of Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Should Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent, With The Criterion Used To Assess Equivalence Being The Fulfillment Of At Least The Same Features (Quality And Utility) And Technical Parameters At A Level At Least As Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In This Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz.
