It Is Impossible To Carry Out The Task In This Form By Potentially Two Different Contractors, In Particular Due To The Integrated Nature Of The Facilities, Common Work Area, Mutual Design And Installation Dependencies And The Need For Uniform Coordination And Responsibility For The Execution Of The Task. Failure To Divide The Order Into Parts Does Not Make The Task More Difficult To Access For Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In The Event Of Subcontractors Participation In The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires That The Part Of The Order Be Indicated In The Offer, The Execution Of Which The Contractor Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Companies (Names) Of The Subcontractors, If Known.
