Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of An Adapted Car Capable Of Transporting 9 People In Seats, Including The Drivers Seat For Transporting Disabled People

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Brand New, Unused Passenger Car Of The M1 Category, Manufactured In 2026, Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities, With 9 Seats Including The Driver, With The Possibility Of Transporting At Least One Person Remaining In A Wheelchair While Driving, In A 3+3+3 Seating Arrangement, With The Possibility Of Dismantling Or Appropriately Changing The Seating Arrangement In Order To Provide Space For Transporting A Person In A Wheelchair Disability.2.The Car Must Be Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Roadworthy And Capable Of Being Registered In Poland. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Vehicle, Engine, Equipment And Parameters Are Set Out In Annex No. 1A To Swz.3.The Contractor Will Deliver The Vehicle At Its Own Expense And Risk To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, With The Required Equipment, At Least Two Keys, An Operating Manual In Polish, Warranty Documents, A List Of Service Points And A Set Of Documents Required For First Registration, Including A Certificate Of Conformity Or Another Appropriate Document Confirming The Approval Of The Complete Vehicle.4.The Vehicle Must Meet The Regulations Applicable To Its First Registration And Admission To Traffic In Poland On The Day Of Delivery, In Particular Safety And Exhaust Emission Requirements. The Requirement Of A Minimum Euro 6 Does Not Release You From The Obligation To Meet The Standard Required By Law For The Delivered Vehicle.5.The Ordering Party Requires Written Confirmation Of The Possibility Of Placing Its Logo On The Vehicle Without Losing The Warranty On The Paint Coating, Provided That The Marking Is Made In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations.6.The Contractor Will Provide Warranty And Assistance Services In Accordance With Annex No. 4. Minimum Periods From Receipt Of The Vehicle: Mechanical Warranty 24 Months, Warranty Against Body Perforation 72 Months, Assistance 24 Months, Paint Coating Warranty 36 Months. These Benefits Cannot Be Limited By Mileage Limits. The Periods Offered Above The Minimum Are Assessed In Accordance With Chapter Xxiv.7.All Requirements Specified In Annex 1A To The Swz Are Mandatory. The Offered Car Must Meet Each Of Them. Parameters Defined As Minimum Cannot Be Lower Than Required; Higher Values ​​Are Allowed. The Requirements Regarding Configuration, Type Of Propulsion, Number Of Seats And Equipment Shall Be Met In Accordance With Their Wording, Taking Into Account The Principles Of Equivalence Set Out In Point 8. A Higher Number Of Seats Or A Different Type Of Propulsion Does Not Automatically Satisfy The Requirement.
