V. Description Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Passenger Car - A 9-Seater Bus Adapted To Transport Disabled People For The Needs Of The Occupational Therapy Workshop In Morzewo. 2. Technical Parameters Together With The Minimum Requirements Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order. The Terms And Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Are Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers (Chapter Xxii Of The Swz). 4. Detailed Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 5. In The Event That The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifies The Permissible Margin Of Tolerance Or The Minimum Range Of Required Technical Parameters And Equipment - The Parameters Of The Offered Car Should Be Within The Ranges And Tolerances Indicated By The Ordering Party, Under Penalty Of Rejection Of The Offer. 7. Due To The Nature Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Employ The Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 9. The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Scope And Nature Of The Order In Question Exclude Its Division Into Parts For Technical, Organizational, Economic And Expediency Reasons. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of One Motor Vehicle, Therefore, The Subject Matter Of The Order Is Indivisible. The Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Lots Does Not Restrict Competition And Ensures Equal Access For Entities. 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Order Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law. 11.
