Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Diesel Fuel To An Above-Ground Tank Located On The Premises Of The Municipal Utilities Plant In Dębnica Kaszubska Sp. Z O. O. Intended For The Plants Vehicles And Equipment.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Liquid Fuel, I.E. Diesel Oil To A Ground Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters, Located On The Premises Of Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. Z O. O. At Ul. Przemysłowa 1 In Dębnica Kaszubska.2.Estimated Amount Of Diesel Oil: Up To 108,000 Liters 3. The Ordering Party Specifies The Estimated Amount Of Demand For Diesel Oil, Which May Differ From The Actual Amount. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Order The Full Quantity.4.The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Applicable Standards For Diesel Fuel. The Fuel Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024. On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018).5.The Contractor Is Obliged To Execute The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of The Act Of March 9, 2017 On The Monitoring System For Road And Rail Transport Of Goods And Trade In Fuel Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1218)6. A Single Supply Of Diesel Oil Will Range From 1,000 To 5,000 Liters.7.Diesel Oil Will Be Ordered 2 Days Before Delivery, The Order Will Be Confirmed By E-Mail Specifying The Quantity And Delivery Date.8. The Contractor Will Deliver Diesel Fuel Using Its Own Transport At Its Own Expense And Risk.9.Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered On Business Days, Which For The Ordering Party Are Monday - Friday. Diesel Oil Will Be Accepted On The Following Days And Hours: Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. The Tanker Should Be Equipped With A Distribution System With A Loading Pump And A Certified Flow Meter, Based On Which The Amount Of Delivered Fuel Will Be Determined.11. The Contractor Will Provide A Proof Of Delivery With Each Delivery, Which Requires Confirmation By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party.12. With Each Delivery Of Oil To The Tank, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With A Fuel Quality Certificate Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Of The Standards Listed In Point 4.4 Swz.13. The Invoice Will Include The Amount Of Fuel Issued On The Basis Of Model 14. The Basis For The Transfer Of Receivables Will Be A Vat Invoice Issued By The Contractor. Invoices Will Be Payable By Transfer To The Contractors Bank Account Indicated On The Invoice, Within 30 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Vat Invoice To The Ordering Party.
