The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Shelter Services By The Contractor Along With 24-Hour Meals For Homeless People - Men From The Leśna Commune In 2027, Taking Into Account The Individual Situation Of The People Referred. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In A Shelter For Homeless People (Hereinafter Referred To As The Shelter): 1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Shelter Services With 24-Hour Meals For Homeless People - Men From The Area Of The Leśna Commune In 2027, In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, I.E. Providing Temporary 24-Hour Shelter With Full Board For Homeless Men In A Shelter Along With Providing The Necessary Clothing, Necessary Social Conditions, As Well As Carrying Out Social Work Aimed At Helping In Dealing With Basic Life Matters, Developing And Strengthening Activity And Independence, Restoring Life In The Environment Local And Empowering Homeless People.2.1. Under The Subject Of This Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Persons Sent To The Shelter With: A) A Place To Stay, B) Full Board, C) Clothing Appropriate To The Individual Needs Of The Person And The Season, D) Cleaning Products, E) Cooperation In The Implementation Of The Program For Solving Homelessness.
