The Subject Of The Order Is: Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas E (Gz-50) To 21 Consumption Points Operated By The Wadowice Commune, 1 Consumption Point Operated By The Wadowice Public Library.2.Natural Gas Should Be Supplied In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Specified By The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended), The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The Wadowice Commune, As A Public Administration Unit, Is Exempt From Excise Tax. The Contractor Undertakes To Terminate Comprehensive Contracts Concluded For An Indefinite Period. 7.
